I’m Flavien, a professional photographer based near Nantes, France, and available for weddings throughout France and Europe.
My approach is structured but never rigid. Before the wedding, we take the time to understand your plans, your venues, your schedule and what matters most to you.
On the day itself, I guide you when direction is useful – particularly for couple portraits, family photographs and group pictures – while allowing the rest of the celebration to unfold naturally.
For couples planning their wedding from abroad, everything can be prepared remotely, in coordination with you, your wedding planner and the other professionals involved.
My role is to understand it before I photograph it.
PREPARED FOR WHAT THE DAY BRINGS
A wedding rarely follows a perfectly controlled plan. Light changes, timings move, weather shifts and unexpected moments happen.
Experience means being able to adapt without adding pressure to the day.
I prepare the important parts in advance, anticipate where possible and adjust quickly when circumstances change – while keeping the experience straightforward for you and your guests.
The technical side remains my responsibility. Your role is simply to enjoy your celebration.
GUIDANCE WHEN YOU NEED IT. SPACE WHEN YOU DON’T
Not everyone feels comfortable in front of a camera – and you do not need to.
When guidance helps, I give clear and simple direction so that you know where to stand, what to do and where to look without turning the moment into a formal photoshoot.
When nothing needs to be directed, I step back.
This balance allows you to have carefully composed photographs alongside the spontaneous reactions, conversations and moments that happen naturally throughout your wedding.
